It is easy to forget finished work that you have not invoiced yet. Toimur shows it on the first screen: how much is waiting, for how many clients, and for how long.
Your client is in one country, your bank is in another, and you work from a third. This is common for digital nomads and consultants. Each client has their own currency, and their invoices are written in their language, not yours.
Three columns: To do, In progress and Done. You can see all your clients, or one project at a time. A task moves to In progress when you log its first hour, and to Done when you close it. So the board always matches your hours.
Keep what you sell in a catalogue: licences, support plans and packages, with one price per currency. Add them to an estimate or an invoice, next to the hours you worked.
Keep a list of companies you would like as clients, the people you talk to there, and your history with them. Follow each sale on a pipeline, from open to won. When a lead buys, make it a client. Available in the Max plan.
